Overview
DOC is resetting its approach to regulatory functions. The current regulatory environment is fragmented, inefficient, and outdated, creating compliance risks, poor service delivery, and low-cost recovery. To prepare for implementation, DOC requires the services of a consultant to produce a high-level design, detailed design, and organisational change plan for a new operating model for our regulatory functions.
