DOC is conducting a closed tender via AoG Consultancy Services panel to develop options and recommendation on the future purposes, role, operating model and services officered by DOC visitor centres to meet visitor needs and contribute to DOC's goals, including financial stability.

This work will consider the current state of visitor centres, visitor information, retail offerings and other external trends, DOC’s internal operating environment, and lessons learned from other organisations.
