This contract is for the construction of four Dry Vault toilet blocks in Taranaki.

The Contract Works include the following elements:

At the Stratford Plateau: Removal of current toilet block, and preparation of site for new toilet block.

At the Stratford Plateau: Supply and delivery of unisex 3-Pan Dry Vault toilet block with hand basins, and service bay. One of the toilets to be accessible. Supply of pressure pump. Connection to water tanks and connect to septic system. Supply of decorative corten cladding.

At the Stratford Plateau: Installation of the unisex 3-Pan Dry Vault toilet block with hand basins, and service bay. Installation of pressure pump to utilise for hand basins. Installation of corten cladding. The water used in the handbasins will use the existing septic system. Supply of a producer statement PS1 for design, drawings, structural engineering and a PS3 upon completion of works along with Electrical and Plumbing Certificate Issued from Registered tradespersons.

Indicative pricing structure for the supply and installation of the other three toilets; a 3-Pan Dry Vault unit at Dawson Falls Road End; a 2-Pan Dry Vault unit at Lucy’s Gully; and a 1-Pan Dry Vault unit at Tahurangi.
