Overview
Significant upgrade to Kaikoura Field base (double storey with garages below) following a detailed seismic assessment. A seismic strengthening design alongside a refurbishment of the building's interior and exterior will provide improvements to the asset, working environment, health & safety and future intentions for the region. The building will be vacant during the construction period but there will be a focus on the health and safety of the site works and the proposed methodology for delivering all the required components. Including the following: Seismic bracing, building envelope, decking & balustrades, windows.
