The Department of Conservation has evaluated Registration of Interest submissions to select a lead Contractor for the main construction phase of the Dolomite Point Redevelopment Project in Punakaiki on the South Island's West Coast.

Four suppliers have subsequently been shortlisted to participate in a closed competitive Request for Tender process for the lead Contractor role. These suppliers include:

- Cook Brothers Construction (contact being Simon Glass; simon.glass@cookbrothers.co.nz)
- Isaac Construction Ltd (contact being Rob Kinney; RKinney@isaac.co.nz)

It is planned to release the RFT within 1-2 months, with commence construction early next year. The shortlisted suppliers welcome any sub-contractor interested in this project to contact them directly.
