Overview

The Department of Conservation (DOC) is working to update its systems and business processes to be more customer centric, efficient and capable, so that we serve New Zealanders and our government well to conserve New Zealand's natural and historic heritage.

We are seeking an enterprise solution to address workflow requirements in multiple DOC projects in the 'pipeline'. Initially, this solution would be used to automate workflow for managing Ministerial, Parliamentary and Official Information Act (OIA) requests and provide business intelligence and analytics through our 'Better Government Services Project'.

We are going to host a pre-tender briefing session at 9:30am on Monday, 17 September in Wellington.
Attendance is not a requirement of tendering, however, if you plan to attend, please e-mail procurement@doc.govt.nz, no later than the 12th of September 2018 noting the names of who will be attending, with a maximum of 2 participants per vendor.

Pre-meeting registration is a requirement as your names will be checked off against the invite list.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide you an overview of the Better Government Services project and to seek ideas, questions or suggestions from the market as to how we could select and manage the service. After the briefing, there will be the opportunity, if you wish to take it up a 25 minutes meeting with the DOC team. Please indicate if you would like this opportunity on your pre-meeting registration.

Refer to further information in the attached Notice of Information document.
