Overview
The last time the Wooden Government Buildings was painted was almost 9 years ago in 2006/2007 summer season. It has now reached the stage that painting should be done over the upcoming summer season in order to prevent any further deterioration.
Therefore the project scope is to carry out prepaint repairs and a full repaint of the exterior building .
