The Dunedin City Council (DCC) conducts an annual valuation of all Transport Assets using the Asset & Work Management (AWM, formerly RAMM) Valuation model. The previous contract has expired and DCC are now seeking to put in place a new contract to cover our valuation requirements for 2025/26 -207/28.

The Final Audit Report must be complete and handed to DCC within the first week of August each year of the contract. The valuation report must be independently reviewed (to be arranged by the supplier and included in the pricing) and will be subject to audit.

This is an invited competitive quote process with a proposed contract term of 1 May 2026 to 31 August 2028 to reflect the required reporting deadlines.
