The Dunedin City Council require a groundwater drinking water source feasibility study to assess whether groundwater can reliably and safely provide a supplementary drinking water source to the community. A desktop study is required which will include technical, environmental, regulatory, and financial considerations. A risk assessment methodology will be used to determine feasibility of establishing groundwater sources. The scope of work requires a recommendation of next steps, including the installation of pilot bores, testing regime, duration etc.

This is an invited competitive process under the DCC Long Term Technical, Engineering and Specialist Support LTES Panel. This procurement process is using a Weighted Attributes Method.
