The DCC is seeking to partner with a skilled and experienced contractor to maintain the city’s Three Waters infrastructure assets.
Contract 11215 is the DCC’s Three Waters Network Maintenance Contract which will have a term of 10 years and the DCC is aiming to establish a collaborative and partnering relationship which supports continuous improvement, balancing work programmes, service levels and budget.
The Contract and the long-term partnering relationship contribute to the DCC’s Three Waters infrastructure strategy to deliver the following community outcomes:
• A sustainable city with healthy and treasured natural environments.
• A healthy city with reliable and quality water, wastewater and stormwater systems.
• A supportive city with caring communities and a great quality of life.
The DCC is aiming to establish an outcomes based long-term contract and work with an experienced contract partner to:
• Maintains and improves the condition of the DCC’s 3 Waters network.
• Provide asset information to enhance asset management and investment decision-making.
• Meet all regulatory requirements for providing safe drinking water and environmental stewardship.
• Enable more efficient and effective contract management with reduced costs to administer.
• Provide customer focus, stakeholder management and great service.
• Deliver outstanding value for money.
• Provide appropriate levels of service, including service continuity, safe drinking water and good environmental outcomes.
