Overview
Dunedin City Council (DCC) Property Services are responsible for the building maintenance of the Strath Taieri Community Centre, located in the rural township of Middlemarch.
The roof of the Strath Taieri Community Centre is at the end of its useful life and needs replacing.
We want to partner with a local contractor who has the experience and the skills to replace the roof of this community facility, while minimising and managing construction waste and reducing emissions.
