The purpose of this project is to design district management area (DMA) zone boundaries, to create DMA zones in the treated water network and to develop a suitable dashboard to view KPIs for each DMA. The Dunedin City Council (DCC) seeks to engage a professional services provider to design the DMAs in the treated water network. Refer to the Scope of Work for full details.

This is an invited competitive process under the DCC Long Term Technical, Engineering and Specialist Support LTES Panel. This procurement process is using a Weighted Attributes Method.
