The Dunedin City Council (DCC) seeks to engage a professional services provider to deliver a comprehensive wastewater optimisation plan. The purpose of this project is to develop a long-term, system-wide strategy for Dunedin City that encompasses the Tahuna, Green Island and Mosgiel wastewater systems, that identifies and prioritises efficient wastewater infrastructure renewals and upgrades, based on robust modelling, data analysis, and a holistic understanding of system interdependencies.

This is an invited competitive process under the DCC Long Term Technical, Engineering and Specialist Support LTES Panel. This procurement process is using a Weighted Attributes Method.
