The Dunedin City Council (DCC) provides housing for vulnerable members of the Dunedin community.

The DCC want to partner with a qualified and experienced residential building contractor to construct four single-story community housing units on a flat, cleared section at 40 Fitzroy Street, Caversham, Dunedin.

The design work has been completed, and consents have been obtained. We need a construction partner to safely, effectively and sustainably build the four single-story one-bedroom connected units to plan.
