Dunedin City Council (DCC) owns an investment property at 610 Rosebank Road, Auckland. The building and carpark require structural repair works in order to ensure the continued safe and functional use of the building and to prolong the lifespan of the building.

We are looking to partner with an experienced Main Contractor to undertake and deliver the package of works for 610 Rosebank Road on time and ensuring they meets all expectations. The package of works includes:
• Structural repairs to the building
• Roof repairs
• Structural repairs to the carpark
