The Dunedin City Council (DCC) and the 3 Waters Group have reviewed the city’s water treatment requirements and have determined the necessary upgrade works required over the next 10 years through a Process Capability Assessment (PCA) undertaken by one of our consulting partners.
This is the first of a number of key projects that will be undertaken as part of a significant investment and upgrade programme as a result of that PCA.

We are seeking to engage the main contractor through separable portions and to include the proposed main contractor team on an ECI basis to work with and support our consultants BECA to finalise design and ensure ‘buildability’ and process optimisation.

We are keen to engage with the market as follows;
