The Dunedin City Council (DCC) has a requirement to professionally and effectively facilitate its staff recruitment processes.
Over the last 6 years, the DCC has experienced a significant growth in recruitment and onboarding activities and we have a need to ensure processes are optimised, expedient and professional.
The DCC needs the tools to enable our HR team to undertake and manage all recruitment and onboarding tasks in a timely and cost-effective way, whilst also ensuring that business areas and candidates receive the highest quality service both face-to-face and online.
As the first significant interaction for most new employees; it is critical that the organisation conveys an efficient, professional approach enabled by appropriate technology.
The system procured will be a standalone solution, with future integration with DCC systems should they be required (e.g. Payroll, HRIS etc).
