The Port Chalmers pool roof and side panels (walls) are clad in a corrugated Clearlite material. The panels are over 20 years old and are cracking and leaking and are now at the end of their useful life.

The DCC is seeking responses from suitably experienced and qualified roofing companies that can replace the aged Clearlite roof and side panels of the Port Chalmers pool with a new High Impact, Corrosion Resistant Glass Reinforced Roof and Cladding material that allows natural light into the pool at the same time offering protection from the elements. The replacement of all guttering and downpipes currently on the building is also within scope.
