Overview
The Dunedin City Council (DCC) has close to 10,000 trees, which require maintenance; approximately 4750 street-trees and 5000 park-trees.
We intend to go to market to secure the services of a contract partner to work closely with DCC staff to programme, deliver and manage these tree maintenance services.
We intend to release procurement documents pre-Christmas 2020 and close for response submissions in the New Year.
To ensure clarity and consistency of the market’s understanding of the DCC’s requirements and our current tree asset status we will be holding a market briefing event as below.
