This opportunity in a nutshell:
The Edgar Centre needs an upgrade, so it complies “as near as reasonably practicable” to the NZ Building code in terms of section 112. We will be upgrading access for persons with disability, egress of building due to fire, minor structural work, taking the opportunity to replace some roofing and step flashings.

What we need:
We are seeking submissions from contractors that can plan and deliver a suitable solution to these issues in a safe and efficient manner allowing the facility to remain in operation while the works are being undertaken.

What we don't want:
We do not want and will not consider submissions from manufacturers or suppliers of materials. We are seeking all-inclusive submissions from contractors that will plan, manage and complete the full contract.
