The Dunedin City Council (DCC) and the Taieri Community Facilities Trust (TCFT) are jointly committed to developing a new Taieri Aquatic Facility - Mosgiel Pool to replace the existing community pool, which was constructed in the mid-1930’s.

This RoI is an opportunity for organisations, collaborations or JV approaches to register interest for the Design and Build of this facility.

We are aiming for a multi-pool facility, which will be efficient, incorporates environmental sustainability, has a low carbon footprint, is delivered on-budget and on-time to serve the Mosgiel, Taieri and wider Dunedin community for many years to come.

For this stage-1 RoI a number of documents are provided for information only.
