THIS OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL:
The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is seeking to secure the services of a skilled and experienced contracting organisation to undertake remedial works to the iconic Railway Station in Dunedin.
The Exterior of the Railway station, with many of its ornate features are in need of repairs, restoring this building as close as we can to a new state.
This tender is for the first stage of these remedial works.
Subsequent stages 2 and 3 of the remedial works are planned for the next couple of years and will be tendered separately.
