The Dunedin City Council (DCC’s) Long-Term Technical & Engineering Support Services (LTES) panel has been operating successfully for one year.

Designed to increase the efficiency of procurement and throughput of pre-physical works contracts; it has already exceeded expectations; delivering double the amount of Scopes of Work (SoW’s) to our Tier 1 & 2 panel members.

Conceived to be ‘one of the best’; recent feedback suggests that despite year 1 being a ‘bedding-in’ period of evolution and refinement; the panel is delivering for our supply partners and for the DCC.

The LTES panel has enabled the DCC to meet its capital spend target for the first time and to deliver significant asset upgrade and renewal works.

This success has created the need for greater specific project management capability and expertise than we can currently source through the panel. We need more Project Managers (and only project Managers).
