The Dunedin City Council’s (DCC’s) current contract for insurance brokerage, risk advice and claims processing services expires in June 2020 and we are therefore undertaking an open-market procurement to request proposals from suitably experience partners to provide these services for the coming years.

What we need - The scope of this procurement is to secure a partner to provide insurance, risk and claims services for an initial 3-year contract with the option, based on supplier performance, to maintain the relationship and extend the contract for up to 9 years in total.
