The Dunedin City Council (DCC) and the BIS team are working to ensure that that we deploy appropriate business information systems and technology to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible to deliver the best value for money solutions to our ratepayers, residents and visitors.
Mobility is a significant tool for this enablement.
The DCC has implemented the Datacom Sphere platform and is subsequently working across the DCC to roll-out mobility solutions to improve our services.
We need a partner to help us deliver as effectively as possible.
What we need
Having appreciated the benefits of mobility services across areas of the DCC; there is an increased demand and sense of urgency from across the DCC for BIS to deliver mobility services and solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of delivery.
To facilitate this delivery, we are seeking a Mobility Services Partner with the capacity, capability and experience to support the BIS team for initially 2 years and potentially longer.
We need an experienced enabler and agent of change with specific mobility experience that can work across the business to deliver the most effective solutions and outcomes.
Stakeholder engagement skills are an essential element for successful delivery.
