Overview
Advance Notice of a Contract Opportunity prior to tender release. The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is proposing a reactive maintenance contract for the 942 Community Housing units owned and managed by the DCC. The scope of the procurement and contract will include the following services:
• Painting (Interior and Exterior)
• General Building and Carpentry
• Appliance Repairs
• Electrical
• Aerial Repairs
• Fence Repairs
• Plumbing and Drainage
• Roof Repairs
• Plastering
• Floor Coverings
• Door and Window Hardware
• Masonry
The proposed contract term is 5 years, with a maximum of 9 years subject to performance. It is anticipated the tender will be released in May.
