Overview
Some existing roof areas at the Toitu Settlers Museum have problems with water ingress, thermal loss, and require additional edge protection to improve safety.
In the former NZR Bus depot area there are intermittent leaks that have be attributed to some issue with fasteners and possible issues with internal gutters.
A roof level wall has an Asbestos Cladding which we require to be removed and replaced with a new product.
The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is seeking proposals to address these issues.
