The existing carpark waterproofing membrane is in poor condition and has areas of weakness and cracking which are allowing the ingress of water. Large areas of the membrane need to be removed and replaced, while there are some areas that could be overlaid to renew the membranes integrity. In our Scope of Work we have allowed for several options in approaching the carpark waterproofing membrane to widen the potential for effective solutions. We are wanting to achieve either a new installation, or restoration of the existing membrane along with a new full product warranty and to rectify some corrosion and paintwork on existing steel plant screens
We are looking for a Main Contractor to undertake this contract and manage the site through to completion.
