Advance Notice of a Contract Opportunity prior to tender release. The Dunedin City Council (DCC) is looking to procure cleaning services for prominent community, civic and commercial buildings across Dunedin. An array of buildings, serving a variety of functions, requires cleaning services. For this reason, the DCC is asking Suppliers to tender for one or more tender packages according to building function. The tender is likely to include the following sites:
Contract 7353: Package 1 – City Attractions/Destinations
• Chinese Gardens;
• Toitu Otago Settlers Museum; and
• Moana Pool.
Contract 7575: Package 2 – Community Facilities
• Waikouaiti Library;
• Blueskin Bay Library;
• Port Chalmers Library;
• Mosgiel Library; and
• Green Island Community Hall.
Contract 7576: Package 3 - Civic Facilities
• Dunedin City Library;
• Civic Centre – including I-site;
• Municipal Chambers;
• Great King Street and Lower Moray Place carpark buildings;
• Public Toilets (18 exeloo & 8 non exeloo); and
• 54 Moray Place (Civil Defence).
