Overview

Canterbury Regional Council are seeking a new decision-making framework that establishes whether new PT services beyond greater Christchurch and Timaru should be considered. This will include real application of the proposed framework in Canterbury situations to prove it will work.

We are seeking suppliers that are able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and understand policies and processes and to synthesis recommended changes into a succinct and logical report that can be placed before decision-makers.

This is an opportunity to influence the future of public transport planning and policy development in the Canterbury Region. Suppliers will be helping to clarify where and when services are required, and the funding needed to improve public transport delivery across Canterbury.
