Overview
This Request for proposal (RFP) invites Respondents to submit a proposal for the provision of the requirements for Canterbury Regional Councils Home Heating Subsidy scheme including home assessment services and the supply and installation of heating products. We are looking for one or more service providers with a strong reach across districts in Canterbury to deliver a rates-funded financial assistance scheme to work with limited means households in South Canterbury to transition to cleaner forms of home heating.
