Environment Canterbury performs regional council functions for the Chatham Islands Council (CIC) and as such is required to report on the land, air, water and coastal resources in the area; and review them, at intervals no greater than 10 years, as per the Resource Management Act (1991) (RMA).
We are seeking a company to update previous reports and produce a document that combines hydrological and water quality/ecological information to help decision makers understand the state of water resources on the Chatham Islands, and any associated management challenges.
This procurement relates to the delivery of a report on the state and trend of the Chatham Islands Freshwater Resource.
