The Canterbury Regional Council (CRC), also known as Environment Canterbury (ECan), is seeking a Registration Of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified providers who can deliver learning interventions in areas that relate to our behavioural competency framework. The purpose of this ROI process is to identify a list of ‘recommended providers’ that are considered to be most suited to, and have the capacity, capability, attributes, and proven track record to best deliver services to meet the needs of the organisation. Contract agreements will be entered with the ‘recommended providers’ who will be the first to be considered when learning needs are identified.
