Early in 2020 the Central Hawke’s Bay District will be going to the market to procure the following services to support the Land Transport assets:
1. C1057 – Road Maintenance
2. C1058 – Road Re-seals
3. C1059 – Area Wide Pavement Treatments
4. C1060 – Minor Structural Renewal works
Prior to going to market the District will be holding a meeting of all interested primary service suppliers (tentatively the week of January 20th, 2020) to brief the industry on how the procurement process for these services will be run.
As this procurement offering is for multiple multi-year contracts it is mandatory that all potential suppliers attend the procurement meeting
“Primary” suppliers of these services who are interested in participating in the process are requested to send their: Company Name; Contact Person with e-mail address and phone number to procurement@chbdc.govt.nz prior to December 13th 2019.
Suppliers of materials or services supporting the main contractor are “not required to attend” this procurement meeting.
