The Contract Works comprise construction of a final cap for Phase 1 of the landfill, a new leachate pond and leachate irrigation system.

We anticipate the RFT documentation will be released and uploaded to GETS approx. 17 May 2019 and close 14 June 2019.
We plan to award contract by early June 2019, enable site possession by late July 2019, and achieve practical completion by early December 2019.

A resource consent application is currently with Hawkes Bay Regional Council to allow these works to proceed. We expect to have a response by the end of May 2019.

The purpose of this notice is to give advance warning of the upcoming tender.
