Overview

Registration of Interest (ROI)
Central Hawke’s Bay District Council Maintenance services

For the attention of local suppliers seeking an opportunity to support a master contractor delivering facilities maintenance for 3 waters, open spaces and rural and urban vegetation control.

Central Hawke’s Bay District Council (CHBDC) is undertaking a procurement process to identify a suitably qualified master contractor to manage its Community facilities and infrastructure maintenance assets and service delivery for 3 waters, open spaces and rural and urban vegetation control. The procurement is a two stage process where Stage 1 shortlists candidates for Stage 2, which is a detailed interactive process for Contractors to prepare final priced submissions.

The successful master contractor will likely require support from suppliers of local support services such as machinery servicing, and niche supply services such as (but not limited to) builders, plumbers, electricians, weed sprayers, arborists, pump suppliers and hardware suppliers. This registration of interest provides an opportunity for these suppliers to advise Council of their contact details and services. At the conclusion of Stage 1 CHBDC will pass on details to shortlisted candidates and provide an opportunity for introductions.

For clarity, this Registration of Interest will not result in a contract for services with CHBDC, and there is no requirement for shortlisted contractors to meet with, or engage, respondents to this ROI.

Key dates are:
• Close off date for submissions to be received by Council – 4pm 3 May 2018
• Opportunity to meet shortlisted Contractors – week commencing 21 May 2018

Your Registration of Interest should be sent to the RFP Administrator by email at the following email address: procurement@CHBDC.govt.nz

You should include the following information in your email:

• Trading name and physical address of Company
• Services provided
• Location(s) served in CHB district
• Contact name together with phone and email details
• Description of any work currently undertaken for CHBDC – either directly or through another contractor
• Any other information you think is relevant
