Council is looking for project management services to complete the construction phase of the IAF project on Alma Road, Westport.
With detailed designs complete, the project manager services will include:
• procurement for construction contracts,
• management of the delivery of the construction works including contract administrators,
• relationship management, claims and reporting with funding providers,
• communication to the community,
• communication to the infrastructure operations team
• Council project reporting till project closure.
