This RFT is a measure and value contract for the deck replacement and upgrade of edge protection to the Little Wanganui Bridge. The designed deck replacement utilises a staged installation of NiuDeck panels including surfacing, holing, recessing, supply and installation of fixings and packers and re-fixing of prescribed utilities currently attached to both upstream and downstream sides of the bridge. Work includes a new W-beam guardrail system on bridge and approaches.
