ACC is seeking to engage the market for a COTS Continuous Control Monitoring & Management (CCMM) application that offers the following capabilities:
• Datasource Management: The ability to connect to source data by configuration (DBconnect, etc.). Similarly it provides pre-defined queries (scripts), data models and metamodels that can be configured to fit ACC datasources, thus it minimises development or customisation work.
• Audit Analysis: Most of the specialised products (ex. ACL) provide the capability to automate (or semi-automate) analysis of large quantities of data to extract previously unknown interesting patterns such as groups of data records (cluster analysis), unusual records (anomaly detection) and dependencies (association rule mining).
• Exception Management: It provides tools to capture investigation evidence associated with relevant alerts as well as some standard, industry compliant processes of managing such test cases.
• Alerts Management: Easily configurable alerts and ratings.
• Transparency: A number of exception reporting templates (pre-defined) that are easily configurable to ACC’s requirements. It can provide dashboard, continuous reporting as well as ad hoc reporting templates.
