Notice to new applicants of Physiotherapy Services (EPN)
Who are we?
ACC works to reduce the overall incidence and impact of injury in New Zealand, through delivery of injury prevention, rehabilitation and compensation services.
ACC is a crown entity and is governed by a Board appointed by the Minister for ACC.
The ACC Scheme provides comprehensive, no fault cover for accidental injury for all New Zealand citizens, residents and visitors. When injury does occur, ACC gives people access to a range of medical, financial and other support aimed at helping them return to work and everyday life as quickly and fully as possible.
What is the purpose of this notice?
The purpose of this notice is to briefly describe the service being applied for and to guide potential new suppliers in how and when to submit their applications.
Advice to existing Physiotherapy Services contract holders
This notice informs potential new suppliers that this service is open to new applicants. Any existing Physiotherapy Services contract holders need not re-apply.
What are Physiotherapy Services?
Physiotherapy Services contract is for registered physiotherapists whose clinic is accredited to the NZS8171:2005 standard.
The purpose of Physiotherapy Services contract is to provide ACC Clients with acute and rehabilitative services for Clients with a covered injury.
