The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) is undertaking a Request for Information (RFI) to better understand the market capability, maturity, and delivery options available for its Medical Notes Service.

The service enables the secure digital request and transfer of medical information from healthcare providers at scale and supports associated administration, tracking, and reporting activities.

Through this RFI, ACC is seeking information from suppliers on existing solutions, implementation considerations, privacy and security capabilities, service delivery models, and future innovation opportunities.
