ACC is seeking responses from suppliers with the required capability and expertise to deliver Community Pain Management Services that provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for Clients who:
• have chronic pain lasting 3 months or more, and / or
• Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and / or
• Suspected CRPS
The requirement for the Services must be as a result of a personal injury which is covered by ACC and excludes Tertiary Level Specialist Interventions. The new contract will commence on 1 December 2026 with an initial term of 3 years with two further contract extension periods of 2 years each (3+2+2). ACC has hosted two webinars ahead of the release of the RFP documents:
• The first webinar on the proposed changes and future direction was released on Monday 2 March 2026 at 12:30pm
• The second webinar on the confirmed changes and tender information was released on Friday 13 March at 12:30pm
