The ACC Investments Office manages a number of infrastructure investment assets that require independent annual valuation to be undertaken to meet our annual financial reporting requirements.
This annual valuation provides assurance over the fair value of ACC’s infrastructure investments, ensuring compliance with New Zealand International Financial Reporting Standards (NZ IFRS – PBE).

ACC is looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified supplier of annual infrastructure asset valuation services. The valuation reports must be prepared by fully accredited valuers, who have sufficient experience to provide confidence as to the accuracy of the valuations. A robust methodology that includes quality assurance is important, along with sufficient capacity and capability to meet the quality measures and timeframes.
