This Advance Notice signals ACC’s intention to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), aimed at identifying innovative and practical solutions to improve the processes and outcomes associated with medical certification. The goal of this work is to embed a more consistent and reliable approach to certification for patients and clinicians, and for that approach to be scaled more broadly across the country.
ACC values collaboration and will be seeking entities within the primary care market capable of contributing to a system that prioritises effectiveness, efficiency, and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
The upcoming RFP will enable ACC to identify entities with fresh perspectives and proven capability and capacity to innovate. ACC encourages responses from both established and emerging organisations with the appetite and skills to drive meaningful improvements across Aotearoa New Zealand.
