ACC seeks advanced print technology and related services to support the operations of its offices and personnel throughout New Zealand.

This opportunity involves transitioning from on-premises solutions to a cloud-based print solution tailored to our specific printing requirements.

We need a modern fit for purpose print fleet replacement solution to: 

- Ensure business continuity ahead of current software and hardware support ending in late 2025. 

- Provide reliable, right sized but fit for purpose print services that meet the day-to-day needs of staff and business units. 

- Reduce costs and administrative burden through automation and data-driven fleet management. 

- Support digitisation goals by enabling secure scanning and document flows. 

- Support our Data Centre Exit Strategy by transitioning to cloud-based services. 

- Align with broader sustainability and efficiency objectives.
