The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain a more detailed understanding of the Enterprise Service Management market, the range of solutions that may be available and models for support.
As a modern organisation ACC has adopted many technologies and platforms to deliver the services and capabilities that are required across the scheme.
The long-term goal for ACC’s Enterprise Service Management Strategy is to have a fully integrated Enterprise Service Management solution, that allows federated access for our people and Service Providers.
ACC’s Enterprise Service Management comprises of appropriate ITIL/ITSM elements.
ACC is interested in understanding the range of products, support models and any interdependencies to support our continued growth in the consumption of cloud services.
ACC is interested to hear from organisations that can provide an Enterprise Service Management solution, its implementation and ongoing support options.
This RFI is for information purposes only. It will not be evaluated, will not be used to create a shortlist and will not result in a contract award. However, it is an excellent opportunity to provide early input into a solution that could affect you. The RFI may result in a formal RFx / Notice of Procurement being issued on GETS.
