Overview

ISSC Supplier Applications for 2023 are now open.

Note - this is the last time that ISSC will be advertised prior to going to market in early 2024.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) aims to help eligible Clients, who have experienced sexual abuse or assault and provides immediate, holistic and tailored support to survivors of sexual violence and has been in place since 2014.

WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO US?

Suppliers will need to clearly demonstrate that they understand and can meet the requirements of the ISSC Service Schedule.

Under the contract, Suppliers are accountable for the delivery of all services and for the performance of their named Providers.

Suppliers are expected to appropriately manage referrals to their service through this contract and have processes in place to assess risk if unable to immediately accept a referral (e.g. triage processes, the use of a managed waitlist, and referral to other suppliers).

WHAT WE ARE BUYING:

We are seeking Suppliers who:
• Can bring new capacity and/or capability to the ISSC Service by bringing two new providers who do not currently provide ISSC Services**
• Have the capacity to accept referrals for clients and progress supports.
• Can provide all the specified primary services as listed in Clause 5.3 of the ISSC Service Schedule.

** To clarify ‘a provider who does not currently deliver ISSC’ can include:
• An ACC registered Provider, but not contracted to deliver the ISSC
• An ACC registered Provider currently contracted to deliver ISSC but has been inactive from delivery against that contract for the past 12 months.

You should review the Request for Application (RFA) document prior to completing the RFA Response Form. The RFA, Response form and Reference Documents to assist you with your application are located in the attachment section of this GETS opportunity.
