The ACC Act allows for claimants, employers, and levy payers to apply to ACC for an independent External Review of certain decisions issued by ACC.

ACC currently engages two suppliers to provide Review Administration Services by allocating Independent Reviewers to undertake Independent Reviews.

ACC is looking for a credible, customer-focused supplier to assess the quality of the Independent Review process delivered by the Reviewer Administration Services Suppliers.
