ACC is currently in lease negotiations for office space in Albany, Auckland. The site is approximately 1000m2 and will require the tenant’s sub-divisional hard-fit out (SHF). The purpose of this RFP is to identify and select a single contractor capable of undertaking the SHF works to a modern configuration. The work is expected to begin in October 2020 and is expected to be completed by 18 December 2020.
