ACC funds the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services to achieve a cost effective, early and durable recovery at, or return to, work for its clients. This is provided under the Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) contract, which expires on 31 August 2020.

ACC will replace the current Vocational Rehabilitation Services contract with a new VRS contract effective from 1 September 2020. We intend to issue an open Request for Tender (RFT) inviting suppliers to tender in February 2020.
